Art, Inspiration and Spirit

Our hand-painted Spirit mural serves as your daily inspiration. Muralists Allegra Lockstadt and Ashley Mary created this individual piece specifically for the Poplar, bringing an elevated focal point to our distinctive design. Allegra is a professional artist living in Minneapolis and gives back as a mentor to MFA students attending the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Ashley is also a Minnesota based artist and co-founder of Curiosity Studio, an adult creative learning space. Both believe in the power of inspiration and art, as displayed here in their creation for the Poplar.
